This is when you know Black People are set up to fail by Government.
People have daily needs but they have wasted your tax dollars paying people to do nothing. How do you pay incompetence for a few years and not oversee it's success?
Are there elements preventing this marketplace success? So why invest in putting it there without good market research?
The first thing crooks will blame is the Community yet they are the very ones fleecing areas like East Winston which feeds into your mentality of saying 'those people don't want anything'.
They should be sued & funding should be returned to the project and clean out the hustle on Liberty so that it will work for the Community & not the crooks.
People deserves better and you don't have to be a expert to see what's going on.
