On it's face one would think because we have a majority Black Council that the Liberty scale would be at least somewhat favor a more diverse distribution of funding however just recently a group that hoodwinked the Black Community that it was included in this grandiose change of our highway infrastructure appearances by engaging the Black community in the second level of embryonic stage of planning and assigned a Convener to the group and as time passed on the Convener without replacement was removed leaving the Black Community out of the equation. leaving this group to always say we tried to help them but actually set things up to fail and did not follow up with inclusion. Late they began soliciting funds from many resources to fund their ideas and the Icing on the Cake just awarded 3 million from the City of Winston Salem after all the Black Leaders knew what had happen as it relates to Racism and exclusion thereof. Mind you this funding also takes away from the very low & poor incomed Blacks that voted for this Bond. WE HAVE YET TO SEE WHAT WE VOTED FOR WITHOUT THE WHITE PEOPLE FUDGING OFF THE TOP FIRST. ARE BLACKS IN POWER AFRAID TO FIGHT FOR IT'S CONSTITUENTS? **I GUESS WHEN I SAY MOSTLY BLACK I THOUGHT WE HAVE SYMPATHIZERS BUT AS USUAL WHITES WILL ALIGN WITH THEIR COUNTERPARTS WHETHER IT BE RIGHT OR WRONG.
