At a time when the Black People in Winston Salem are trying to empower the Black Businesses that reside or operate in Winston Salem, we have an Interim City Council that is stripping the forward movement of all East Ward previous Stakeholders Master Planning.
This must be stopped!
This is devastating behavior that furthers our disenfranchisement in Winston Salem.
Including the Stakeholders is a Must!
March 3rd can't come soon enough.
