As I promised as a Community leader that dealt with many politicians and was involved with politics all around the world as a Black person always wanted to uplift our Black folks to the truth about us and not live in a whitewashed unhealthy environment. There are all kinds of people and all kinds of politicians. We clearly see in the Political arena now that we have some overzealous people on both sides of the parties. *Secondly I want to alert all the women and all voters that have and or are dealing with the #narsacisstic #weasel Phillip Carter that is running for County Commissioner. I encountered the #weasel when I was working my precinct in the 2006 elections. You will recognize these traits as you read this. On this day he began to recognize my skills in relating to my precinct voters and started to compliment me. He hung around for a while and then came back with an attorney. He had called in a complaint of a voter that he disagreed with and reported them. He became attached to me as a friend. He had so many agendas to discuss East Winston. He then began to pop up at my house because I would give him a listening ear. Wait a minute, I was always told not to say bad things about people without saying something good. The #weasel is a very good statistician. He would like to coach and reiterate what I would say at the City Council or any other group meeting I attended. There was a time I recognized how he would like to just stand or sit back and watch you espouse what he coach you to say. Over the years I noticed that he did only females like that in all city council meetings and other settings. I watch him take a young sister out in the lobby twice to coach her on what to say in the city meeting. I watched him sit back (grinning) in city council as a lady espoused what he taught her. All these befriended women need to ask about Phillip Carters' wife and where is she. This story gets lengthy so I'm going to write the rest in my blog......... Ok,back to what I know about the #weasel. What you need to know is that he ran for City Council in the North Ward and lost then ran in the East Ward and lost. He had placed himself in political groups and other neighborhood organizations to position himself in the public eye . He wants very bad power and control over money. He destroyed Harold Hairston of African American Caucus in waging a complaint also using something I had said as well. He then join the AAC and ran it to oblivion. When he ran in 2008 I noticed that most of his yard signs in my area were posted at many well known drughouses and then I ran across a newspaper where he openly admitted to Drug Use. I used that paper to help his opponent win and Phillip reported me to the FCDParty which ask me to stop. I left to Party for awhile. It was a rough year for Blacks in Winston Salem. Whites wanted Hillary and we wanted OBAMA. Senator Earline Parmon also left out and retain her own office that year. Later P Carter had moved over to the 2nd,3rd, 4th street apartmets in East Winston. Weird -He began to championed less seedy folks causes and was looking pretty ruff. I personally know the nuances. There was also a financial discrepancy of a large sum of money sitting in a organization he created name DAAP. There is so much more complex things about this man that all those females that I see are in his corner--Warning--You will get burnt trusting this narcisstic man that just wants power. I noticed some of you also want power. Guilt by association will determine that. KNOW WHO YOU ARE VOTING FOR FOLKS!!

The ADU Saga In Winston Salem Forsyth County NC

Give Them A Hand For Now.👏🏾 Keep in mind they said only 1 permit for an ADU was issued since 2017 and there would probably not be many more issued. Also, they are following other peer cities models. Forsyth County has a grave #homeless issue (listed nationally twice) They mistreated the homeless and forced them out of downtown without any services. Mind you the Black minions on this panel that sat back and watched/helped mostly black people being tossed aside, I say being foolish to think their food wont be spat on when they eat downtown. or worse. lol, It's just the climate now in America. If your people are nothing then so are you. All communities know the inside rifts scoops. Folks talk . No NDAs please .lol So we'll be watching to see how this pan out and history will be told. I can't help but think about the white realtor amongst yall that said he was concerned about #gentrification in the East when he was buying up homes for white wealth only. BLACKS iN POWER THAT HURT THEIR OWN BLACK PEOPLE THAT JUST HAPPEN TO BE GREEKS

I have to tell you that it really and truly hurts to tell this story but it must be told as a part of Black History of Winston Salem North Carolina of how our own Blacks in power have succumbed to doing the white man's business in hurting and destroying Black communities. Realizing everyone has flaws but as years pass and you begin to put things together like a puzzle of why Blacks are not improving or being homeowners and doing well that just maybe the Blacks we come to respect are doing to Blacks what happened to Blacks in colonization. In any evil white deeds towards blacks they have to have what I call black enablers or enforcers. The insider. In the pursuit of life and liberty Blacks vote Black politicians in and faithfully attend black churches , attach themselves to black groups and organizations and put an extreme amount of trust in their Black leaders thinking they could never do anything wrong. Even when we read of the devilment they tend to get themselves entangled in. Most Black people will take the ills of our people to the grave in hopes that things will get better. I must say that I'm different while I'm confused and disillusioned. I refuse to allow cognitive dissonance set in my spirit. As I examine the pattern over many years of Black Greeks in Power and what has happened and what continues to happen in Winston Salem NC to the destruction of the Black communities. Keep in mind that I'm speaking on what I'm witness to. There was a point in time that I called the BBs (greek enforcers) the true destroyer of the Black community. If Queen B wanted property the Bs would continue to cite Black people out of their property. Now mind you these folks would go out of their way and use many resources to help white communities repair their dilapidated homes of 120 years but at the same time bulldoze their black people homes down then they sometimes would purchase some of the properties- use taxpayers dollars to renovate and rent through Section 8 . #Perks of being a good Black #enabler. The Black community lost far too many homes but the white man gained all that property. Once the city owned it and they had forced out so many Black Investors Contractors,Realtors and Construction companies with new rules and policies then things were freed up for the white realtors and contractors to gain the advantage over Black people again (systemic racism) #Destruction of Black Communities. I write this because the same #pay to play tactics are being used by whites again and our Black representatives are willing partners. For many years I've been receiving the disappointments in several Black Leaders and they just seem to be Greeks and I can only be honest to the ones that have confided in me for years as I have become weary of defending our leaders is to say find more candidates and vote them out. I must take this moment to say there was only one Black Leader that people are truly happy with and they get a true and honest pass from me and their constituents in Winston Salem. We are facing another issue in the Black community with ADUs without any restrictions and because they have systematically bulldozed a huge amount of once Black-owned properties they are willing to forego any type of restrictions but in the white communities they will be addressing only their concerns. The Destruction of Neighborhoods By Winston Salem

The Citizens are being dismissed and harmed with statements like we'll figure things out later and this is why we are in this position now. Homeless people should be given all the soft services and reentry help as possible before destroying communities with unrestricted ADUs . The City of WS have a huge job shortages and all these years could have assigned a liason to find candidates from the homeless population for Forysth tech and placed in temporary housing and they could be doing this City a great service by now . But NOOOOO they wished the problem away. The problem grew and grew and grew. Trying to salvage the reported ugly blemish (twice I might add) that this City has created by not attending to our Homeless . They are now willing to infringe on good taxpaying citizens and execute a mad dash from Realtors/Investors with the #Norestrictions to ADUs and not to maintain harmonious and crime-free neighborhoods.
