TIME FOR BLACKS TO RECONSIDER THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY

Yes they are Racist & Black people need to tend to the Black needs & demand the equal treatment when we are in leadership roles.
As a Insider when I begin to understand our local white Democrats & Liberals were just as fearful of the Browning of America as their Republican counter parts.
I began to be very aware of their conscious or subconscious resentment to the Browning of America. If you know a so called white Democrat & Liberal go to their page & look as far back to 2008 til today & see if you find any continuous accolades of President Obama. Mind you our Black President actually began saving America's Ass from day 1 and every week there was an extraordinary Accomplishments for America by his Administration. Remember The Lilly Ledbetter Act (white) was #1? White women still are being paid more than Black Women.
We can go on & on of the accomplishments of the Best President that has ever been put in the White House . Some of you have read where I reminded you they are extremely envious of us because we exceed to excellence when given the opportunity. I do not worry about their resentment in what I'm saying because they are already hurting my people.
The Republicans & Democrats with the help of some of our own will always covertly suppress our future because of the fear of losing their stolen status. (Black African History)
You would have to be one of the biggest fools to not understand the numbers that white people rich, middle, blue collar , & poor voted for Donald Trump.
What is Ironic that they realize like Brexit that they need the so called Minority which is the Majority to not only work for them but spend with to support their businesses.
What I began to notice is there was a Black face put in front of some groups & organizations that there were whites in the positions of puppeteers and this began to be a problem of exclusion which some of my people couldn't see.
I much rather withdraw from the groups of white because they have a way of having things their way rather than be inclusive. You just being there they think that's inclusive. When you are not valued -leave.
How many of you saw Black person knocking on doors for this 2016 election? Well I also wrote about the whites coming in my Community making almost $18.00 an hour but not really doing any canvassing. Not once did I see a Black person in this Community making some of that money.
I literally saw every age group of white people in my Community doing Canvassing. *Credit-the elderly white couple did their job of outreach. In the past I recalled all nationalities coming in my community to GOTV. And 2008 through 2012 phone calls were sometimes overwhelming but mobilizing.
I slowly started separating myself from those that thought they were being inclusive all the while exhibited racist & bigoted ways.
When they only call you to be a token or to fill in to look palatable for publicity then you back off.
After I began to back off I found out that high level Blacks were also separating themselves from the local Democratic Party over the years but for the loyalty to the Party kept it unnoticeable .
While it's fresh in my mind I want to say that I have always been a follower of Keith Ellison long before I knew his brother. I have always admired the Muslims for their discipline and adopted not all but some of their doctrine.
I admire Keith Ellison for stepping up to the plate of wanting to lead the DNC but for what I just said is they always always find a way to weave their agenda into being on top and lack equality. ~Only Kibbles & Bits, Only kibbles & Bits.
I think if he can turn the Democrats into resembling what America really is for each & every individual equally the alright.
My preference for him would to empower a NEW Minority Party only because of the compromises he will have to take to stop the Democratic White-lash.
I have many white associates & make sure they know it's just that and hope they understand the pain I know & feel for my people is the reason I decided to become a Community leader. You will find that Black people will always be accepting for we once ruled the world with Harmony but y'all don't want to talk about that hidden history of my people.
So back to my experiences here with the white Democratic party but if you really look at the make up of precincts that have been diluted it is Black.
I noticed how the Democrats disrespected our Black President by erecting at the entrance a very small picture of President Barack Hussien Obama and an over-sized picture of JFK in their Political Office- I was aghast and will never get over that. (film clip included)
I never went around them since nor will I ever darkened the doors of their white racist party office.

The family of Terence Crutcher is demanding answers after a Tusla, Oklahoma police officer shot and killed 40-year-old Terrance Crutcher last week.

Officers were responding to an unrelated call when they spotted Crutcher's SUV stalled in the middle of the road. Crutcher is then seen walking away from officers with his hands raised. Officers say Crutcher ignored commands and reached into the SUV. That's when an officer tased him and another shot him.

No weapon was found at the scene.

So I've been having the same conversation with many of my Black Folks that are blaming the LBGTQ community for the loss of Sports here in NC. So I engage & try to enlighten them that we too should do the same with our economic power to retrieve & maintain our rights.
However there are far too many of my people that are so brainwashed to see beyond their own desires in to watching a game and betting their money away .
The writing is on the wall but my people are bumping their heads into that wall and not doing the same thing by becoming economically sound and stable as a Community to do to the same thing for their own Freedoms.
They will not seek out Black Businesses nor will they move their money into a Black Bank.
What I know for sure is there is far too many of us that refuse to do business with their own Black people and rather get suckered punched by white people & become far too embarrassed to report them.

When we begin to embrace all and not just some the world will be a better place.
We as a Unit seek to help our East Winston Community to Revive all the losses of over 35 years that encourages the Nuclear Family . We want to empower other groups that want to empower us.

Any body that reads the last 15 years of crime records should change the Section 8 rules of locating like residents in such volume. Time to stop locating Section 8 to 1 area or project type development.

Months back I blogged about Blood Plasma Centers extracting blood plasma from any and all clients whether they are Drunks or Drug Users and the Vampire-ish way I perceived people getting off the bus in droves at different intervals walking straight to this Plasma Center when I would go to my Doctor.
Of course I have somewhat of a Conspiracy Theorist Mentality but if you know our history then you will bear up with me.
How many of you received one of these postcards in the mail?
They have stepped up the game as a sense of urgency because we are beginning to question their motives.
Pretty sure this is a demographic target mailer.
However this is something that people of color should begin to do drop-ins especially in the mornings to just see and ask what do you do with this plasma. Or maybe sit down as if to be a donor & ask the person you sit next to plenty of questions about the process or ask after they are finished and feel better with the money in their pockets and more willing to explain. #interestedjournalist
They give us no jobs in order to control or direct our need to survival in this fashion. Of course once your blood plasma has been initially screen then you are eligible to give plasma more times a week if its desirable but they will take any & all.. *think about that for a minute. #urgencyofplasmawithdrawal

BLACKS NEED TO LOVE THE NEXT GENERATION

When I viewed this I could not think of one of my Christian Friend that have not broken the 10 commandments in some form or fashion daily.
Just a fleeting thought is wrong. Many love soap opera type shows. (wrong)
Many are always envious of what others have.
Many worship things (hell some are getting ready now to just go window shopping (wink -wink) only to come home with things.
Many lust for people & things they should not have.
You have to hate yourself to not invest in yourselves & family with an inheritance.
People make excuses that I've heard all to often-"Ya can't take it with you" .
Well hell leave something for the children , grandchildren or charity to benefit your own kind!

UNDERSTANDING THE HATE

In my experience of caring for dying white people I have experienced all kinds of transitioning. Peaceful, Fearful, and the most Horrific Hateful of blaming everyone & the pattern of infecting as many people before they pass on.
I equate this white mentality of killing us today as knowing the only way they can prevent extinction is to mate with us because our DNA has survived even their attempts to infect us with Biological Warfare.
In this denial state they strike out & kill us out of fear & guilt which are the stages of knowing your impending death.

Forsyth County United Way is not so uniting

As children growing up in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, we were raised to be very community minded by always being charitable to the neighborhood and any organization that helps all the people in Winston-Salem. We were told that you never know when you may need that helping hand.

Through Sara Lee Company, one of my family members won for being one of the largest contributors to United Way.

Even today through the East/Northeast Winston-Salem Neighborhood Association and the Ashley School Precinct, which both are volunteer community services, we give of our time and funds striving for a better neighbor/community.

We have co-partnered with the City of Winston-Salem in many area plans, mostly for the East/Northeast wards . We co-partnered with the Winston-Salem Police Department. We have participated in so many things to uplift this community since 2005.

And if I might add, we excelled at being the most active neighborhood association in the E/NE wards, which was our purpose: to shine a light on the much needed renovations in this Black Historical Community.

Over a year ago, I was contacted by a neighborhood organization to inform me that 13 neighborhoods had been chosen by Forsyth County United Way for rehabilitation assistance, but we were not one of them.

Now mind you, my neighborhood sits in the very middle of these 13 neighborhoods that were selected. So we continued to beautify our neighborhood by cleaning the streets, painting a mural, and continuing our winning streak of being the citywide largest National Night Out for the sixth year in a row in hopes that we would be given some consideration for funds other than committing our properties to the City.

Most people would like to leave their property to family members and not be indebted to the City, which would inherit the property.

So after almost two years of hearing this sad news of not being selected, we felt gerrymandered, black-balled, red-lined for some reason. Actually, it seems mean-spirited to leave our neighborhood out.

We can only attribute the decision by Forsyth County United Way via its Board and Advisory Committee.

We invited Forsyth County United Way out to our Mural Debut in hopes they could see the progress we want for our neighborhood and reconsider helping us as well. We know of no explainable reason to be singled and left out like that.

We hope someone would contact me to explain what we are doing wrong.

1st. stop-Medicap where I was approached by Street Walker that had only 2 orange scarves wrapped around the top & bottom of her body with white panties in full view. She asked did I have something to drink in my bag. I said no -I'm picking up my medicine using my card & I don't ever carry cash with me. sorry dear.-She walked towards the Goodwill job connection place. So as I was going down Liberty Street I saw her again soliciting a car at the gas station for something.
Then I began to look at the conditions of Liberty St. Car repair shops everywhere . (very untidy like) eeww! Then I passed the Kentucky chicken place. I smelled nothing like chicken or Long John Silvers. smh.
I made it to Bimco's-took care of my business and on my way back notice the underpass filled with beer bottles as if it was a game of someone to line them up as an accomplishment . smh.
In the last picture shows the only bright spot in my trip was making it back & the smell of the beautiful honeysuckle vine. :-)
~ I left Winston Salem in 1973 and Liberty St. was known for being the Truckers pick up (sex & other things)) spot . *wink wink*
There was thriving Black Businesses & Da Club however with the exception of a couple new businesses nothings has changed.
This main thoroughfare continued Debilitating conditions has to be by design because there is no way a Leader would allow this to be.

North Carolinians are voting for governor this year, and they have a choice in the Democratic primary. Attorney General Roy Cooper is considered the front-runner, and he has raised a great deal of money. The other Democrat running is Ken Spaulding of Durham. This is the man The Chronicle endorses for governor in the Democratic primary.

Spaulding, an African-American, has experience as a legislator, so he knows how to deal with issues of concern to the people directly.

In 1978, Spaulding was elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives, where he served until 1984. While there, he introduced and helped secure passage of the state’s first Rape Victim Assistance Program. He also pushed for literacy achievement for adults throughout North Carolina, introduced and helped pass legislation that allowed public housing residents the opportunity to serve and vote on local Housing Authority Boards.

He also has served on the North Carolina Board of Transportation.

Spaulding has been a practicing attorney since 1970.

During Spaulding’s private sector career, he helped bring hundreds of millions of dollars of economic investment and development into North Carolina along with thousands of jobs for the people of this state.

He is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1970.

Spaulding says he is prepared to tackle the tough issues the state faces, such as education. He sup-ports increased pay for teachers as part of a way to rebuild our education system.

Spaulding also would work for stable social and business climates to create “a vibrant and active business community,” because, he says, they go hand in hand.

The Durham lawyer has the public and private sector experience to lead North Carolina in the right direction. Right now, the state is moving backward as voting rights are being taken away and assistance to help the state’s most vulnerable is, too.

Cooper has been part of the backward movement by failing to push for justice in cases involving the deaths of black men, such as Jonathan Ferrell of Charlotte, and the lives of black men who have not been given the consideration of innocence, such as Kalvin Michael Smith. If he operates on that level, what would he do as governor?

WHY BLACKS CONTINUE TO SACRIFICE THEIR TRUE RELIGION & WORSHIP EUROPEAN CHRISTIANITY

A few months ago, Atlanta Black Star featured a short article by G. Thorpe that shares five religious practices that have carried over from slavery into modern-day African American religiosity. These points sparked deep debates and left readers with more questions than answers.
Today, many Black people use a white image to depict Jesus. Africans who practiced Christianity before slavery used Black images historically to describe their god.”

Many historians say that this practice mentioned in Thorpe’s first point is the result of the early depictions of a “white Jesus” being used as a sign of white dominance and power. Joshua Canada, who wrote an essay on the race of Jesus, states, “Although it isn’t a comfortable reality, a white Jesus normalizes Christianity as a ‘white man’s religion.’ Historically, within the American context this has been painstakingly true.”

“Enslaved Africans were taught to fear and devalue African religious practices. Today, most Black people in the world still don’t seek to inculcate traditional African religions.”

A Wikipedia article defines ‘African religiosity’ in a way that reflects the root of Thorpe’s point: “During slavery, many slaves were stripped of their African belief systems and typically denied free religious practice. Slaves managed, however, to hang on to some practices… These practices, including dance, shouts, African rhythms, and enthusiastic singing, remain a large part of worship in the African American church.”

“Many Black people across the world still use the King James version of the Bible as the final authority of Christianity.”

“It’s a loftiness to the language that I believe appealed to people who are constantly being told, `You don’t count. You’re nobody. You’re at the bottom rung of the ladder,” said The Rev. Cheryl Sanders, an ordained minister and professor of Christian ethics at Howard University School of Divinity. “If I can memorize a verse of Scripture, it gives me a certain sense of dignity.”

“Today, many Black people focus only on religious dogma that was taught during slavery and colonialism rather than developing a spiritual relationship with the creator.”

The Rev. Tamara E. Lewis agrees with the idea that old religious traditions are still held onto in the Black church, as opposed to letting go of unnecessary practices and putting more importance on spirituality.

“…Black churches have been very good about passing on the traditions and styles in worship and ministry that originated in slavery. Those traditions and styles were effective at the time, but they have become ineffective now,” says Lewis.

“The majority of enslaved Africans were taught to no longer honor and connect spiritually with their ancestors. As a result, many Black people today devalue the idea of developing a connection with their ancestors.”

Anthony B. Pinn, a prolific professor and author, explains in his book, “Varieties of African American Religious Experience,” about how African slaves and their descendants gradually moved away from their original practices of connecting with their ancestors.

“Ancestors were remembered on the level of individuals paying respect, not on the level of communal remembrance and shrine-based reenactment,” wrote Pinn. “Restructuring also occurred as religious community moved away from family lines toward race lines—black slaves and white owners.”

The Black church remains a hot topic and there are a lot of critics who find fault in the institution, but many scholars say that the customs within the church are still transforming.
