What stood out in my mind in watching this clip was the huge white man assisting the officer by hovering over the teen like a vulture pack would so that the officer was confident enough to willingly come back and finish harming this young Black child.
The Officer seem empowered by the huge burly assistance of this man which could be the very person that called in the station out of racism due to Black attendance at this pool party or knew of the call. (Put you in the mind of the white young man in Walmart that instigated the shooting of a Black man or the person that called in about young Tamir Rice.)
News states that adult females struck the teens and then called the Police.
