At this meeting the Community voted overwhelmingly to no more shelters but the City contacted others to not support our wishes. Any employees or people, groups or organizations receiving money from the City they strong armed them into not supporting the Community of East Winston. They even told Cleveland Ave. Residents to squash their 100 signature petition and not to show up at the last City Council meeting.
