WAR ON POVERTY IN AMERICA

First let me say I Am Not a Republican . > . . However when they say things like the programs Do Not Work ,I agree. The programs can work if there is oversight on the very people that help themselves to what they are to give or implement for the Poor. The Government Leaders, Staff & Employees make use of all the tools they are to use to diminish Poverty & Disparity in Neighborhoods.
