This is a psychological way of humiliating a Black into saying their vision of Equality should not be address as a systematic force that continues. When asked-Haven't anything changed ? One must immediately say NO! Anything that has been regulated to help the oppressed they figure another way to continue oppression. Example: They continue to regulate Banks to alleviate the burden on people but within 6 months it never fails that the Bank revise a method to gain fees from the very people that was being abused by the Banks. This is a Systematic White Oppression method and it applies every day every minute in the white Culture to always be Power. Again Reject The Question from this point on-Resent it -Hate It!
