BLACKS IN THE E/NE WARDS SELLING OFF THE EAST WARD
People with a Slave Mentality in #East Ward have fought to have a White Republican to rule over the East Ward.
Concerted effort to slow Black people from the progress we have made. #Ignoranceisbliss

BABY BOOMERS NEED NOT APPLY
Woke up wanting to #StopTheMadness #Politics #TimesHaveChanged
#MillennialsWillLead #TheyShouldBuildTheirFuture #BabyBoomersNeedNotApply
So I hear that you want to Hold Our Important Seat?
Are you the very person that said NO to my people at every juncture?
Are you the person that was a Swing Vote and not in the interest of my people?
Are you the one that separated Black people by making one group think they were better than the people across the street?
Are you the person that looked down your nose to my people?
Are you the one that really think you are above my people?
Are you the person that would not fight for my/all people?
Are you the person that said we were unintelligent?
Are you the person that aligned with groups that just can't seem to find funds for the betterment of our people?
Are you the person that thought it was beneath you to stand with our youth in their protest?
Are you the person that wanted to demolish our now newly renovated structures?
Are you the person that has mistreated, voted negatively impacting my people, then you are NOT the person to Hold Our Important Seat.
Are you the person that just want the Title?
The People Will Stand Against You.

YOUR CREDIBILITY IS ALL YOU HAVE-KEEPING MY WORD
In the 2015 National Night Out interview, I stated that it would be my last NATIONAL NIGHT OUT and that is true #word.
I stated that I would share what I do as President of E/NEWNA with all Neighborhood Associations in the East Ward so they too can have outstanding events.
So this past year we have Leaders in the East Ward coming together to form the East Ward Safe Coalition.
On July 28, 2018, at 14th St. and Cameron Ave, we are having our first Outreach to the entire East Ward Community Leaders & also the people the City of Winston Salem to come out and network to encourage them to reach out to their Neighborhood folks as well.
The group decided on July 28th date and this event is close to the first Tuesday in August which is the National Night Out official date in NC. It has always been a prerequisite in my criteria for a SAFE event is to copartner with all Law Enforcement. Especially with the size of events I/We have. We enjoy embracing the entire Community & anyone that want to come and enjoy the fun.
As a newly developed group, we are offering our experiences & some technical advice due to what we have experienced in making other East Ward Neighborhoods organized.
So enjoy this included article and consider joining us.
Calling All East Ward Leaders!, See You Saturday, July 28th, at 14th and Cameron Ave from 10am to 2pm.

***(2015)*Reid said this will be her last year coordinating a Night Out event. She plans to let another neighborhood association take over hosting duties next year.
“We’ll share our knowledge with other East Winston areas and just have fun — from the littlest kids to the oldest adults,” she said.
